Boli

   Boli is a Thiruvananthapuram specialty which is served along with palpayasams in Sadyas. It looks like a chapati or roti, but is yellow in color and sweet to taste. It is very much similar to puran poli, but sugar is used instead of jaggery. The method of preparation is very much similar to that of making parattas.
